We are located in the Crealde Business Center, on Aloma Ave in Winter Park, Florida. When turning onto St. Andrews Blvd, you'll see a parking lot on your immediate right; pull in there to park.
As you're looking at the front of the building, on the far left side you'll see a long, brick walkway; my office is the 3rd door on the right, Suite 136.

Rescheduling & Cancellation policy
Kindly reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time.
If you give no notice and do not show up, you'll be charged 100% of your service fee. If you do give notice and it's less than one day prior, by rescheduling within one week you won't be charged; otherwise you'll be charge 50% of your service fee. Extenuating circumstances such as sudden emergencies or hospitalization are exempt.
Have a cold, flu or a contagious condition? Reschedule please. All fees are waived as long as some prior notice is given.
Due to COVID, if you have been around someone that suspects they were exposed, or if you were exposed to someone that tested positive for covid, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY. CALL/TEXT 407-733-1783 immediately.
I accept cash, check, credit/debit cards and venmo. Gratuities are never expected but appreciated.
I do not accept any forms of insurance.
What to expect
Please ask any questions you may have to ensure you are completely comfortable.
Guests are welcome for translation or to support you for any reason whatsoever.
When working on a minor, there must be a parent/guardian present during the massage.
After arriving, we will sit down and discuss your health intake form and/or any changes in your health since you last came in. Together, we will set a goal for your session that day (your goal can change each time you come in).
I usually recommend disrobing to whatever is your comfort level (usually leaving your underwear on) but this is completely optional. You do not have to undress at all. I will leave the room for you to undress (or not) and settle down on the massage therapy table, between the sheets.
During your session
After getting your verbal permission, I'll re-enter the room. If you removed your clothing, you'll be completely covered by sheets; I will only uncover (or undrape) what I'll be working on at any given moment.
During your session, let me know if there's anything I can do to help you feel more comfortable. I may ask you about activities or work habits that may be contributing to your issues. When our time is up, I'll leave the room for you to redress and/or collect yourself.
When you're ready, open the door to the office and I'll re-enter. We will discuss your session and I can give you tips and tools for self care at home. I'll take payment and set up your next session.
Everyone is welcome
I use various types of oils, lotions and creams for massage. They are all unscented and hypoallergenic; please list on your health intake form of any allergies you may have. Feel free to ask me for a list of ingredients at any time. I will never use an essential oil without asking your permission; if the service includes a scent, it will be listed in the description.
Everyone and every BODY is welcome and safe in my office.
Teaching about healthy, safe touch is a wonderful thing for children (age 18 and under). but I require that a parent/guardian be in the treatment room at all times during the session.
Do I have to remove my clothes?
No, you do not. If you are most comfortable, and feel the safest, with your clothes on, we can come up with a plan together. Please feel free to call me at 407-733-1783 to discuss any issue you may be having.
Can I have a drink beforehand?
By appointment only. Absolutely no walk-ins.
