*a restorative Swedish massage-the classic massage. Light to medium pressure. When you want to REST and reset.

Pregnancy Massage~includes a lavender or peppermint scalp massage, steamy towels on the feet and warm packs to loosen tight areas.
We offer a custom made table for pregnant people: it has cut outs for the breasts and belly so that you can lay face down for your session. You're kept in this position to work your entire back, shoulders, hips, legs and end with lots of foot work. We then position you on your side, with lots of pillows for support, to enable your hip joints to relax and give us as much access to your tight hips as possible.
Our massage therapists are certified in pregnancy massage.

Headache Be Gone ~ 45 minutes $80. Includes essential oils, hemp or arnica salve, and warm packs to loosen tight areas.
This treatment includes concentrated work on the upper back, neck, shoulders, scalp and face. It also includes the application of an ice pack or steamed towels, whichever is more appropriate for your situation. It may also include the use of eucalyptus or peppermint essential oils; please let us know if you are allergic to either scent.
